The Lotus grill has a unique principle:
It has a built-in, battery-powered fan that supplies fresh air to the coals in the integrated charcoal basket. The embers are thus permanently fired up and the grill is ready for use after only 3-4 minutes. Fat escaping from the food is collected in the inner tray of the LotusGrill and does not drip into the embers. As a result, no harmful vapors or spurting flames are produced.
The grill master can now stand where food is being eaten and is no longer on the sidelines.
