Send your broken LotusGrill Classic (G340) with sufficient postage to our warehouse address:
MK-Tronic, Werkstraße 4, 71384 Weinstadt, Germany.
We will make it fit again there - regardless of what is broken - and then send it back to your deposited address. We will pay the postage for the return shipment.
For processing in the online store:
- Please select "self-collection" as the shipping method to avoid being charged shipping costs by us.
- Also, please do not combine the repair service with other products in the store within one order.
- Please put a short description of the error and your return address in the package for a clear allocation.
