The beans are stored and conditioned for 7–15 days, then gently roasted and naturally cooled before being packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve their aroma.
NO modifying substances such as flavor enhancers, colorants, oils, or preservatives are used, nor is water used in the cooling process.
