LotusGrill has developed this grill hood with safety glass insert and other great extras. The thermometer integrated in the knob shows the temperature at any time. The heat is optimally distributed via the stepless temperature controller directly on the LotusGrill. The adjustable viewing glass insert creates ventilation slits in the raised position, through which additional exhaust air can escape; at the same time, the grilled or roasted food can be constantly observed through the glass without having to remove the hood.
The grill hood can be quickly removed after use and is easy to clean. All parts are dishwasher safe.
