This user-friendly hood made of powder-coated steel can be fitted into place easily and in no time at all to create an oven, enabling the LotusGrill to be used for roasting, cooking, baking, braising or simply keeping food warm. LotusGrill developed this grill hood with a window made of safety glass and more great extras. The thermometer integrated into the knob displays the temperature at all times. If so desired, the heat can be distributed on the LotusGrill itself using the fully adjustable temperature control. When raised, the adjustable glass window creates ventilation slits as an additional means of allowing air to escape. The window also means you keep an eye on the food at all times without having to remove the hood.
The grill hood can be removed quickly and is easy to clean after use. All parts are dishwasher-safe.
