Combined with only top-quality ingredients—such as SSSE-grade durum semolina and 6 grade-A eggs per kilogram of semolina—it achieves its appetizing color and always has the perfect “bite.” With their proven quality, our noodles have an excellent taste, hold their shape when cooked, and do not stick together.
Tip:
If you want to keep the noodles warm for a longer period of time, we recommend reducing the cooking time by 2–3 minutes to preserve the al dente texture longer, and then
stirring in a little butter.
